The expansion screw is composed of screw, expansion pipe and other components. The performance grade is 10.9 high-strength expansion bolt. After heat treatment, its material can reach:
1. The nominal tensile strength of expansion bolt material is up to 1000MPa;
2. The yield strength ratio of expansion bolt material is 0.9;
3. The nominal yield strength of expansion bolt material is 1000 × 0.9 = 900MPa;
The meaning of performance grade of expansion bolt is the international general standard. The performance of expansion bolt with the same performance grade is the same regardless of the difference of its material and origin. Only the performance grade is selected in the design.
Mainly used in foreign high-end construction fields, such as Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Japan and South Korea and other developed countries, entered the domestic market in 2013.
