4.L-shaped anchor bolt grade

Grade 3.6, 4.8, 5.8, 6.8 and 8.8. The tensile capacity of 3.6-grade 7-character anchor bolt is the tensile capacity of steel itself, and its size is equal to the cross- sectional area multiplied by the design value of tensile strength (140MPa), which is the allowable tensile bearing capacity in design. The tensile strength of anchor bolts directly processed with Q345B or 16Mn raw materials can reach 5.8 grade tensile strength. For the tensile strength of grades 4.8, 5.8, 6.8 and 8.8, refer to the provisions on mechanical properties in GB/T3098.1.

5.Material of l-shaped anchor bolt

Q235,Q345B,16Mn. Generally, it is made of Q235 steel. The high-strength one is made of Q345B or 16Mn, and the product with 8.8-grade strength is also made of 40Cr. Occasionally, it is made of secondary or tertiary rebar.

6.L-shaped anchor bolt form

The forms of anchor bolts are as follows: wool, thick rod and thin rod; Wool is the raw material steel, which is directly processed with round steel or wire rod without restructuring; Thick rod or A-type, thin rod or B-type, are all made of steel after being converted into corresponding required rod diameter.
