Application Of  Bicycle/Bike Axial Static Load Tester

It is used to measure the combination of frame, pedals, transmission system and rear wheel of a bicycle. If there is a shifting mechanism also included in the test range, gradually apply a certain force to the center of the left and right pedals, respectively. After 15 seconds, check if there is any damage.

Test method

1. fix the front and rear wheels of the bicycle according to the standard.

2. move the pressurizing device to the ZX position of the left and right pedals, and test the left and right pedals respectively.

3. When the set force is reached, the machine will start to keep time automatically.

4. Check the degree of damage to the workpiece when the test is completed, and judge whether it is qualified or not.
