TY-2 Wire Cutter

TY-2 wire cutter is mainly used to cut wire of the open or semi-open explosive device remotely to achieve the purpose of making the explosive device invalid; it can also be used for other long distance wire cutting operations.

1. System composition

The wire cutter is composed of powder wire cutter, mechanical wire cutter, igniter, wire distributor, conductive cable, control handle, etc.

2. Main features

Technical innovation: wire cutter can carry out "limited destruction, complete failure" operation on the explosive device at a long distance, which can greatly reduce the risk of explosive disposal personnel;

Environment compatibility:

using gunpowder wire cutting actuator to carry out wire cutting operation, can cut 8 wires at the same time, suitable for no flammable gas environment; use machine

The mechanical wire cutting actuator can cut two wires at the same time, which is suitable for the dangerous environment with flammable gas.

Shear force:

two kinds of cutting actuator both can cut the diameter of the wire below 2.5mm²,

the gunpowder wire cutting actuator can cut off the wire cable of the diameter below 3mm².

Portability:

The whole system is small in volume, light in weight, convenient to carry, simple in structure, easy to install, short to prepare, and to ensure a firm and reliable hanging line structure.
