Customer: what do you need to provide your quotation? what about your delivery time?

We need know closure's decoration, such as closure's whole art process design, the customer had better provide us samples or at least sample picture by email, we will give you our reasonable Ex works, FOB or CIF quotation according to customer closure's size and order quantity.

As to delivery time: according to different size closure different art process design requirement and different order quantity, for one 40' container, usually 30 days or so; for other small order quantity as our main products: usually 7-10days or so.

Customer: what do you do during closure's production and after sales?

During closure's production: we always keep in touch with customer, we will tell customer's closure production process and take picture for closure's different process and talk with customer and answer customer questions for closure's different process and satisfy customer detail requirement in the end.

After sales: Customer any feedback or questions are welcome, our technician will answer customer any questions by email or have conferance call for comminication. If need, we will assign our engineer to customer factory and resolve closure's faliure on the sopt.
