Product Description
The HG89 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line is designed to produce welded pipes with round pipe diameters of 33.78-60.3 mm and thickness of 1.5-4.0 mm, as well as same-size square pipes. Featuring advanced roll pass design, this production line delivers welded steel pipes with excellent machining quality and high precision assembly.
Technical Process
The forming and sizing mill utilizes roller-type forming principle with high-frequency induction welding. The strip is fed into the forming machine where continuous rotation and pressure shape it precisely. High-frequency current concentrates on the weld joint for rapid heating to welding temperature, with the seam welded under squeeze roller pressure. The finished tube undergoes cooling, sizing, and primary straightening to achieve required specifications.
