Production Process
Uncoiler → Shear & welding machine → Accumulator (Cage) → Forming machine → HF welding → Sizing machine → Flying saw (Cold saw) → Run out table → Hydro testing → End facing. For API standard, we can equip online testing equipment including Hydro testing, End facing equipment, UT testing, and ECT testing.
Product Introduction
This automatic square and rectangular tube mill line combines our LW series unit with FF forming technology. It features cold-formed multi-point pre-bending for softer deformation and improved steel pipe strength. The combined mold design allows production of any rectangular steel pipe within the specified range using one set of molds, reducing roll requirements by 90% and changeover time by 90% while increasing production capacity by 80%.
