Product Overview

HGK102 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line is designed to produce welded pipes of Ф32-102mm in diameter and 0.6～3.0mm in wall thickness, as well as square pipe 25x25-80x80mm, thickness 0.6-2.5mm, and square/rectangular pipes and deformed pipes of corresponding sizes.

The production line features roll pass design for manufacturing welded steel pipes with excellent quality machining and high precision assembly. Following design guidelines that improve operational characteristics, environment, safety, and production efficiency while reducing roller costs, the HG50 production line adopts a double-radius hole style design.
