Product Description

The HG89 high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line processes steel belts through a feeding unit, where rolls curl them into tube billets. High frequency proximity and skin effects instantly heat the strip edges to welding temperature, with squeezing rollers completing the weld. The pipe then undergoes water cooling, sizing, and straightening to meet required specifications.

This production line incorporates innovative designs based on domestic and international equipment, offering simple operation and maintenance. With high machining quality and assembly precision, it produces electric welded steel pipes with exceptional accuracy.
