The TengTian brand offers multiple standard tube mills for common product sizes. In addition to the standard machines, we also offer specialized equipment that covers a wide diameter range of metal tubes and pipes - from the 3/16" (4.76mm) O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to the 28" OD cage mills.
As required by the application for welding the tube or pipe, HeBei TengTian can also provide mills with high-frequency induction or contact welders, DC and AC Square Wave Welding (ERW).

Production Process
- Coils: Carbon steels prepared for pipe and tube production
- Uncoiler: Carbon steel coil is placed on the uncoiler
- Leveler: The coil stock is leveled
- Butt Welding: Connecting the last coil to next coil for uninterrupted forming & sizing
- Mill: Series of rolls form the flat steel into pipe
- Mill Rollers: Rolls form this size schedule into shape
- Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
- Scarfer: The seam is "scarfed" to make the pipe or tube smooth
- Saw: Pipe and tube is cut to length
- Collecting: Final collection of pipes and tubes for packing
