Carbon steel straight seam welded pipe mill with test certificate for high-quality pipe production.
Introduction
Spiral welded pipe mill is designed to roll low carbon steel/low alloy steel strip into tubes at a specific forming angle, then weld them into steel pipes using submerged arc welding technology. This process enables production of large diameter pipes from narrow steel strips.

- Liquid delivery: water supply & drainage systems
- Gas delivery: coal gas, steam, and LPG transportation
- Structural applications: piling pipes, bridge construction, dock infrastructure, road building, and general construction
Process Flow
