Production Process

Step 1 - Coils: Carbon steel coils prepared for pipe and tube production

Step 2 - Uncoiler: Steel coil placed on the uncoiler

Step 3 - Leveler: Coil stock is leveled for uniform thickness

Step 4 - Mill: Flat steel passes through forming rolls with servo automatic adjustment

Step 5 - Mill Rollers: Rolls form steel into shape with servo system precision

Step 6 - Welder: Electric resistance welder finishes the pipe or tube

Step 7 - Scarfer: Seam is scarfed for smooth surface finish

Step 8 - Saw: Pipe and tube cut to specified length
