Product Description
This high-precision tube mill is designed for manufacturing round pipes of Φ12mm-Φ38mm with thickness of 0.5mm-2.0mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip. The process involves forming unclosed tubular blanks, welding them into tubes using solid state high-frequency welding, followed by cooling, sizing/shaping, and on-stream cutting.

Production Process
