Product Description
The HG273 mill is designed for manufacturing round pipes of Φ114mm-Φ273mm with thickness of 4.0mm-10mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip. The process includes forming unclosed tubular blanks, welding with high-frequency solid state welder, cooling, sizing/shaping, and cutting to measured lengths.

Production Process:
Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and welder → Horizontal (or cage) accumulator → Forming mill → HF solid welder → Sizing mill → Rough straightening (turkey head) → Cut off machine → Run out table
