ERW pipe mill is used for producing welded carbon ERW pipe, corresponding square ERW pipe and profiled pipe. The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to cutting saw, with rolling speed adjustable within suitable range of tube diameter and wall thickness.

Our pipe mill uses roll forming theory to continuously coil long steel strip into ERW pipe barrel, forming longitudinal seam joint under squeeze roller force. Induction welding heats the longitudinal seam.
The process feeds steel strip into the machine where forming rollers coil it into pipe blank. High frequency electric current concentrates on the bond surface through skin effect and proximity effect, quickly welding the fringe into pipe bank. After cooling, sizing and straightening, the production line outputs finished ERW pipes.
