Our Tube Mill Machine features high-precision gear driving spindles to minimize operational malfunctions. We offer a complete series of machines to meet diverse production requirements.
Also called feeder, primarily used for placing raw materials.
Includes forming and welding components where steel strip is introduced into the forming welding unit through feeding guide device and welded using argon arc welding machine.
After welding, surface welds are polished by grinding unit (three grinding heads) to achieve smooth, flat surfaces.
Pipe diameter and bending degree are fixed by straightening set to ensure proper roundness, squareness, and straightness.
Customizable cutting (typically 6m lengths, adjustable to 4m or 5m as needed).
Lower rack for finished tube placement.
