Upon arrival at the buyer's facility, our technical service personnel will conduct on-site debugging, maintenance, and equipment commissioning. We provide comprehensive operation and maintenance instructions, along with technical training for the buyer's equipment operation and maintenance personnel.
When used according to specifications under normal operating conditions, the equipment comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of arrival. In case of quality issues or component failure that prevents normal operation, we will provide free repairs or replacements.
