If you have more sizes of U, we do suggest to use the double head decoiler, as the machine working speed is very fast and you need to change the coil frequently.

As to the main rolling forming machine, if you want to reach the higher speed like to 70 meter per minute, the transmission only use the gearbox type and molding frame for working steady.

As to the shearing part, we use the servo tracking flying shearing system to make sure the working speed can reach 70 to 80 meter per minute.

As to the package system:

All the package system will be made fully automatically. By this way, the machine working is fully automatically, normally one worker for package and load the coil then okay. And then working speed is higher.
