And if you want to fully use the input coil width of 1220 and 914. we have one type new design for your reference. By this type adjustment, it can support two type coils and more easy to adjust.

When using the 1220mm input coil width, it has 1008 valid width. When using 914mm coil it has 720mm valid width.

How to adjust the input coil width from 1220 to 914mm?

In the leveling part, take right part as center, simple feed the coil to right part and then okay.

As the shearing part, we will design to the Max, so no matter wider or narrow, they both could be used. Meanwhile different with other suppliers, for the cutting blade holes, we also make some special design using thick plate and then it can fix the blade more well and make the blade more durable.
