Applications
Assembly Line: Due to advantage of without cable, it is mainly applied in assembly line, can realize the straight rail, S shape rail, U shape rail, C shape rail, Arc-shaped rail, 90 degree turn rail, crossing rail etc.
Metallurgy Industry: With the functions of steady traveling, stepless speed regulation, the cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc.
Warehouse Transport: The cart is applied to transfer heavy material from one warehouse to another or from warehouse to factory (eg.transfer paper coils in paper mill, transfer large package ), it can travel in all kinds of rails. With automatically operate, it can greatly improve the working efficiency.
Ship Industry: Due to the large load capacity, the cart is applied in ship industry to transfer workpieces, maintenance tools(propeller, motor etc.).
The cart is also applied in dock or harbor to transfer cargoes and containers. If needed, the hydraulic lifting device , weighing device and automatic device can be added.

- The steel frame transfer trailer body is packed with tarp, the steel frame transfer trailer wheel and parts will be packed with wooden case.
- For length is less than 5.9m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by FR container(20 or 40 ft). If the steel frame transfer trailer is beyond above dimension, It needs to be transported by BB container.Determine the size & material of the box according to the shape & number of products.
