Product Introduction
BDG series rail powered transfer vehicle get its power from railway. The 380V alternating-current is transformed into safe current 36V. The current collectors mounted on trolley get the 36V current from the railway and transmit it into electronic box and thus to make the car start, stop, move forward and move backward. Combined with PLC system, full automatic operation is available. It's widely used, life long, safe and flexible.

Steel Mill & Coil Plant
The rail push transfer car can be applied in steel mill to handling steel pipes and coils and it can lift up or put down the coils freely with hydraulic lifting table. And the V- frame can be added on the deck to prevent the coils falling down. To ensure safety, the rail push transfer cart can be operated by the wireless control. We can make a suitable V-frame to you according to the coil dimension, coil weight, etc.

Packing & Shipping
The length of the transfer car is less than 6m while the width is less than 2.2m it will be transported by 20ft container.
If the length of the transfer car is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
If the length of the transfer car is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transfer by flat rack (20 or 40 ft). If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
