Main Components of Motorized Transport Trolley
Frame: The material of the trolley frame is Q235-B. It is formed by welding the section steel and steel plate together. And this kind of structure has the advantages of heavy load capacity and making the table bear equivalent force.
Driving and speed reducing device:This device is consist of wheel, motor and reducer.
Electrical Control:The electric control system is composed of electric cabinet, remote controller (or pendant control), trailing cable, and power supply unit.
Processing show
CNC Cutting: Cutting steel plate by CNC machine. The specification is strictly according to engineer's drawing
Preliminary Assembling: Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing
Welding: Welding the structure by rich experience worker which is weldless and flat table is smoothly.
Assembling: Installed wheel sets, motor, reducer, electrical control and other required device.
Painting: Through painting and blasting grinding, the whole cart is produced well.
Packaging: It will be covered by plastic and tarp or wooden case.
Delivery: Put into container then delivery to customer.
