Cart Frame
The cart frame adopt Box girder structure which fabricated of two longitude girder and several beams and it has the advantages: table evenly bear force and not deform. Polishing, get rid off dust and make the appearance beautiful.
Wheels
Wheel material: cast steel 55. It can be casted or foundry as per client demand. It can be double collar wheel or single collar wheel type.
Driving system
Driving system include motor and reducer. Motor is DC motor and has the features: stable start, large start torque, samll impact to the reducer, low voltage, save energy and long service time.
The reducer is harden surface and has high mechanical transmission efficiency, low noise, easy installation and maintenance. Shafts mounted on speed reducer all rotate flexibly.
Battery
Optional in lead acid battery and free maintenance battery. 5-6 working hours with full load and continuous work and providing intelligent battery charger
