Henan Perfect Handling Equipment Co., Ltd is a collection of research and development, design, manufacturing as one of professional international manufacturing company of Material Transfer Truck .In the process of railway vehicles operation ,the steel rails would generate ,the steel rails would generate internal injuries by constantly friction ,backlog ,impact ,and fatigue functions ,and when the injury accumulate to certain extent ,it will lead to the rails break off or uncovered ,which directly endanger the traffic safety ,and even cause the tragic accidents .In response to this situation .Our company had started to study the double tracks running rail detection trollry for scanning steel rails since 2015.

The track maintenance vehicle is powered by battery ,and it adopts ultrasonic wheeled probe and B-scan display mode to inspect the two tracks simultaneously .The detection vehicle mainly includes four subsystems ,servo system ,flaw detection system and electrical control system .The detection system could complete st least one interval detection task in one skylight between 10-15KM .After more than a year of on -site use
