The battery drive transfer trolley is our most popular trolley. It is used to move dies,coils or materials between the pressroom and the die storage and maintenance area. This battery drive transfer trolley has the advantage of moving the entire length of the manufacturing facility, where dies that are moved by cranes are limited to the distance of the crane travel, or must be transferred from crane bay to crane bay. Our standard heavy duty design is controlled by a hand held push button controller with small turning radius.The heat insulating material is used in the battery drive transfer trolley to resist the high temperature. Usually two motors are prepared, so when one is damaged by the ladle’s high temperature the other can be used to continue the work.
