Introduction

The Molten steel handling transfer cart is specially designed to transfer the high-temperature ladle. This kind of car has strict requirement on safety and ability of anti-high tem
perature,driving system and control of the car should be specially designed .The rcation motor is designed in slowly start and stop to reduce the inertia of the car and avoid molten steel or slag from splashing . The heat insulating material is used in the car to resist the high temperature . Usually two motors are prepared, so when one is damaged by the ladles high temperature the other can be used to continue the work. Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree , due to the high temperature, the molten steel vehicles should be designed with heat exposure proof device, especially to the cable, battery, motor, reducer and electric appliance.
It can avoid the transport vehicle from damaging and shortening using time. During the vehicle working, it must be steady travel, steady start and slowly stop. In order to avoid the vehicle broken during working, there equipped two sets driving system, if the main driving system is broken, the spare driving system can be start at the same time.

Application Sites
