10T Liquid Steel Transport industrial cable drum power railroad cart
Introductions
Our BXC series ladle transfer cart is powered by battery. The battery is fitted in the inner of the cart. The direct-current machine gets its power from the electric control system, which make the cart to start, stop, move forward and move backward. It could run on straight line, L-form track or curved track. We can also fit hydraulic lifting system if needed. The heat insulating material is used to prevent the high temperature. In case to handle emergency situations, two motors are assemlied in the car to make sure the machine works smoothly when one motor is broken.

Technical Process of 15T transfer cart for workshops transfer
- 1. Moving the steel plate from storage area to cutting process area by crane;
- 2. According to the cutting drawing cutiting steel plate by the numercial control cutting machine;
- 3. The mobile welding machine is used for precise welding of diferent parts of the frame;
- 4. Fine grinding and weld inspection of the weld joint;
- 5. For every car primer spray, toccat, perfect antirust, ensure th ebeauftiful appearance;
- 6. Installation of the whole internal parts of the wheel and the car body;
- 7. Commissioning the vehicle operation and electrical parts, then test after completion of commissoning:
- 8. Zero load test and load test before shipping.

Packages
For length is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
