FC/UPC fiber optic connectors are quick field assembly connectors designed for patch cables. These Fiber Fast Connectors are used for field-assembled optical fiber connections, widely implemented in Fiber to the Home (FTTH) access optical networks for rapid drop cable assembly.
The field assembly optical connector simplifies connections without requiring a fusion splicer. This quick-assembly connector only needs standard fiber preparation tools like a cable stripper and fiber cleaver. It features Fiber Pre-Embedded (FPE) technology with a superior ceramic ferrule.
