12 Core MPO/MTP Fiber Optic Loopback Attenuator
A fiber optic attenuator, also known as an optical attenuator, is a passive component used to reduce the power level of an optical signal by a predetermined factor in fiber optic transmission systems. Signal intensity is measured in decibels (dB) over the distance the signal travels. These attenuators are primarily used in single-mode long-haul applications.
This MPO loopback attenuator is designed for 40G/100G optical network link testing. It complies with TIA/EIA-604-5 and IEC61754-7 standards, meets RoHS requirements, and satisfies network component fire test specifications.
