Can you quote FOB price?
Yes, but due to the small size and weight of most products, we typically ship by air (DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, etc.). EXW price or CFR price is usually better. Contact us for shipping solutions.

What's your lead time?

Patch cords come with a 2-year warranty from delivery for non-artificial damage. For artificial damage, we repair for free but freight is paid by the customer.

Can I have a sample?
