Operation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare materials: bare fiber adaptor, cleaning paper, industrial alcohol, optical fiber scribe, optical fiber stripper.
Step 2: Strip 15-20mm of fiber coating.
Step 3: Clean the fiber with industrial alcohol.
Step 4: Press the fiber adaptor switch (square adaptor: press plywood; round adaptor: press round button). Slowly push the fiber along the inlet hole until it extends 4-6mm from the fiber-optic ferrule, then release the fiber switch to compress the fiber.
Step 5: Use optical fiber scribe to cut the exposed fiber end at the ceramic. After breaking the fiber end, pull out the fiber for repeatable use.
