Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare materials: bare fiber adapter, cleaning paper, industrial alcohol, optical fiber scribe, optical fiber stripper.
Step 2: Strip 15-20mm of fiber coating.
Step 3: Clean the fiber using industrial alcohol.
Step 4: Press the fiber adapter switch (square bare fiber adapter: press plywood; round bare fiber adapter: press round button). Slowly push the fiber along the inlet hole until it extends 4-6mm beyond the fiber-optic ferrule, then release the fiber switch to compress the fiber.
Step 5: Use optical fiber cross pen to cut the exposed fiber end at the ceramic. After fiber breakage, the fiber can be pulled out for repeatability.
