Product Overview
Our 40G parallel networks utilize MPO trunk cables and patch cables connected via MPO adapter modules. These cables can also enable direct connections between 40G or 100G ports. All products are part of our M400 Series.
While these cables typically use 12-fiber MPO connectors and cables, only 8 fibers are utilized in SR4 40G/100G Ethernet transmission. The 12-fiber design offers greater flexibility for integration with duplex 10G networking at minimal additional cost.
