A: For patch cords, we offer 2 years warranty since delivery for non-artificial damage. For artificial damage, we repair for free but freight is paid by customer.

A: Yes, we can. We are a manufacturer and accept OEM/ODM. We can sign confidentiality agreements.
Q: Can I have a sample?
A: For adapters, attenuators, patch cords, and pigtails, we can provide samples for free (freight paid by customer). For high-value products, sample charge and freight must be paid first.
