Single Mode ST PC SX 0.3dB Fiber Optic Connector with Ceramic Ferrule and Nickel Plated Brass Body
ST PC SX pre-assembly connector components for 2.0mm and 3.0mm fiber optic cables. The ST connector features a quick-release bayonet-style body and spring-loaded ferrule, commonly used in networking applications.
FibreFab manufactures a comprehensive range of ST connectors suitable for various applications, available in singlemode PC and multimode PC configurations. These connectors come with standard boots compatible with 900µm, 2mm, and 3mm cable diameters.
Most optical fiber connectors are spring-loaded, ensuring fiber faces are pressed together when connectors are mated. This glass-to-glass or plastic-to-plastic contact eliminates signal losses caused by air gaps between joined fibers.
