SC/APC FTTH Project 90N 2.0mm Field Assembly Connector
The SC/APC 0.9 / 2.0mm Pre-polished Ferrule Field Assembly Connector features factory pre-polished, field-installable connectors that eliminate the need for hand polishing in the field. Utilizing proven mechanical splice technology for precision fiber alignment, a factory pre-cleaved fiber stub, and proprietary index-matching gel, it provides immediate low loss termination for both single-mode and multimode optical fibers.
These connectors are factory-polished, removing the requirement for polishing materials and enabling fiber preparation and termination in significantly less time than conventional methods. The V-groove mechanical splice design eliminates the need for epoxy, offering convenient assembly with strong stability. Ideal for challenging environments like telephone poles and manholes, it simplifies optical core connection without additional practices or adhesives while reducing connection defects from installer errors.
Note: 0.9mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm diameters serve the same purpose. For 2.0mm or 3.0mm requirements, simply remove the tail handle from the 0.9mm fast connector.
