Product Description
These Lemo FGA 3K 12pin connectors feature IP68 waterproof rating and 2-key 30-degree positioning to prevent mismating. We also offer other key configurations (G, B, C, etc.) and pin counts ranging from 2 to 32 pins.
Cable Assembly Process
- Thread the cable through the sleeve collet nut in order, then solder cable wires to the insulator one by one, paying close attention to wire order
- Insert the split insert carrier onto the soldered insulator, ensuring the slot of the split insert carrier mates perfectly with the ridge of the insulator subassembly
- Position the collet on the cable, making sure the ridge of the collet mates with the slot of the split insert carrier
- Insert the insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into the outer shell in sequence, ensuring the ridge of the split insert carrier mates with the slot of the outer shell
- Tighten the collet nut securely
- Hitch the sleeve to the corresponding step of the collet nut
