Product Description
This 0K 4-pin PCB panel receptacle features internal assembly with nut fixation and keying options (G, A, B, or C) to prevent movement and mismating. Includes waterproof ring with IP66-IP68 rating when properly mated.
DIY Cable Assembly Process
- Thread cable through sleeve collet nut in order, then solder cable wires to insulator one by one (note wire order carefully)
- Insert split carrier to soldered insulator, ensuring carrier slot mates perfectly with insulator subassembly heave
- Position collet on cable, ensuring collet heave mates with split insert carrier slot
- Insert insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence
- Tighten collet nut securely
- Hitch sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
