Assembly Process

Thread cable through sleeve collet nut, then solder wires to insulator one by one (note wire order carefully)
Insert split carrier to soldered insulator, ensuring carrier slot mates perfectly with insulator subassembly
Position collet on cable right side, aligning collet heave with split carrier slot
Assemble insulator subassembly, split carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence
Tighten collet nut securely
Attach sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
