Cable Assembly Procedure
- Thread cable through sleeve collet nut in sequence, then solder cable wires to insulator one by one, noting wire order carefully
- Install split insert carrier onto soldered insulator, ensuring carrier slot aligns perfectly with insulator subassembly heave
- Position collet on cable, ensuring collet heave mates with split insert carrier slot
- Insert insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence, ensuring split insert carrier heave mates with outer shell slot
- Tighten collet nut securely
- Attach sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
