Cable Assembly Process
- Thread cable through sleeve collet nut, then solder cable wires to insulator one by one with proper wire order
- Install split insert carrier onto soldered insulator, ensuring slots align with insulator subassembly
- Position collet on cable, aligning collet heave with split insert carrier slot
- Assemble insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence
- Tighten collet nut securely
- Attach sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
