DIY Cable Assembly Process
- Thread cable through sleeve collet nut, then solder wires to insulator one by one with correct wire order
- Insert split carrier to soldered insulator, ensuring carrier slot mates perfectly with insulator subassembly
- Position collet on cable right side, ensuring collet heave mates with split insert carrier slot
- Assemble insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence
- Tighten collet nut securely
- Attach sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
