Cable Assembly Instructions
- Thread cable through sleeve collet nut in order, then solder cable wires to insulator one by one, paying close attention to wire order
- Insert split carrier onto soldered insulator, ensuring carrier slot mates perfectly with insulator subassembly heave
- Position collet on cable, making sure collet heave mates with split carrier slot
- Insert insulator subassembly, split carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence, ensuring split carrier heave mates with outer shell slot
- Tighten collet nut securely
- Attach sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
