Assembly Instructions
- Thread the cable through the sleeve collet nut in proper order, then solder cable wires to the insulator one by one, paying close attention to wire sequence
- Position the split insert carrier onto the soldered insulator, ensuring the carrier slot aligns perfectly with the insulator subassembly ridge
- Place the collet on the cable's correct position, verifying the collet ridge mates with the split insert carrier slot
- Insert the insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into the outer shell in sequence, confirming the split insert carrier ridge aligns with the outer shell slot
- Tighten the collet nut securely
- Secure the sleeve to the corresponding step of the collet nut
