Cable Assembly Process
- Thread cable through sleeve collet nut in order, then solder cable wires to insulator one by one, noting wire order carefully

- Position collet on cable right side, ensuring collet heave mates with split insert carrier slot
- Insert insulator subassembly, split insert carrier, and collet into outer shell in sequence, ensuring split insert carrier heave mates with outer shell slot
- Tighten collet nut securely
- Hitch sleeve to corresponding step of collet nut
