PLC control system
Taida PLC is adopted to organize all actions of the machine. The length of workpiece is adjustable according to the setting of on the PLC. Two optional control modes: automatic and manual. By automatic mode, the machine can realize fully automatic working. In order to make the machine has a long service life and easy maintenance; we only adopt globally famous electrical components. And by our special designed program, the human-computer interface is very easy to be adopted by any level of operators.
Colour steel feeding rack
The feeder rack has large load-carrying capacity and long service life. Its characteristics are as follows: it includes a machine base, two ends of which are respectively installed with screw rods, one side of which is connected with pulley. The screw rods on both sides are respectively sleeved with connection rings, and the sleeve rings are respectively connected with brackets. The brackets are respectively mounted on the surface of the machine base through side plates on both sides, and the brackets are respectively connected with conical brackets through rotating axles.

Warranty: 18 months limited warranty
During warranty: parts are free but buyer pay for the shipping fee.
