Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic rubber tube, hydraulic motor and hydraulic valve.
- Hydraulic pump: use imported brand, discharge:≥180ml/r, oil pressure ≥35MPa
- Hydraulic rubber tube: use imported brand, oil inlet rubber tube proof pressure: ≥35MPa,oil return rubber tube proof pressure:≥4MPa
- Hydraulic motor:use imported brand,discharge≥100ml/r, oil pressure≥35MPa
- Hydraulic valve:use imported brand multitandem valve
Electrical control system
The wireless remote control (remote control distance: = 100m) + emergency control mode can realize the crawler chassis walk, the boat floating water pump, hydraulic hose reel to rotate, the display screen is fixed to the water intake module can display the engine speed, the system can display real-time voltage, water temperature, oil pressure, working time and so on, when the oil pressure low. High temperature, low voltage can automatically alarm when abnormal conditions.
Framework
Frame used high-quality carbon steel welded structure, both sides of the structure, is conducive to the engine and hydraulic system for a long time work, and to facilitate the maintenance of the vehicle.
Pressurization system
