Usually, if u order the items those we have in stock, MOQ is 100pcs. If less than this quantity, pls contact with us. 
 

2. How about sample policy?

If we have the sample u want in stock, we will provide free sample to u. But u need pay for the shipping. If we don't have in stock, then u should pay the cost of sample customized. Don't worry, we will refund u the sampling cost if u order later.


3. Which shipping way is available and how to track?

By sea, to your nearest port;

Yes, dear. Of course we can. We can customize the eyeshadow palette that you want. You can choose the colors that you like. You can also choose if plastic palette or cardboard palette. It's up to you. About the details, pls contact me freely. 


5. Which payment way is workable?

PayPal(If the goods have stock,order value less than 1000usd);

Western Union, MoneyGram,T/T(50%deposit, 50% before shipment shipment).

6. What's the after-sale service?

If any damaged,please send us the photo or video within 7 days after you receive the goods. We will compensate you on next order.

7, Can I order a sample with my logo?

Of course. But you need pay the printing film cost. Don’t worry, we will refund you the printing film cost if you order up to 300pcs for the second time.
