Application Description
Three Zone Thermal Shock Testing Machinehot cold impact test chamber is use to test material structure or composite materials, in an instant time under continuous environment by the very high temperature and very low temperature can tolerate level, test in the shortest time by thermal expansion and contraction caused by chemical changes or physical damage. Applications include metal, plastic, rubber, electronics or other materials. Can be use for basis or reference as to improve their products.
3 Chambers thermal shock test equipment Refrigeration system:
- Refrigeration device: Made in Germany compressor high-efficiency energy-efficient ultra-low temperature refrigeration system (water-cooled cooling mode).
- Heating and Cooling exchange device: high efficiency SWEP refrigerant hot and cold exchange of design, high effective than traditional within the spiral model.
- Heat load regulation: Computer automatically adjusts the refrigerant flow.
- High-efficiency components: Condenser, evaporator takes AC & R double spoiler-type aluminum fins device.
- Doors, walls, moisture-proof design: Use compressor high-pressure and high temperature piping, anti-sweat moisture treatment.
- Standard modular design: Components for compatibility and quality with high stability.
- Extended functions: Control system can be reserved for isothermal control liquid nitrogen valve (LN2V) & refrigerant valve (FV) control interface.
