22° Adhesion Tape Rolling Ball Tack Tester ; Initial Force Test With No. 14 Ball

Adhesion Tape Tack Testing Machine Use :

Inclined Plane Method Testing Equipment takes a steel ball rolling on adhesive tape by rolling distance to determine the merits of tape tack.

Machine operation procedures :

1. Clean up chute and grounder on the tester by GB/T 4852-2002 specified ways,and after that you cannot touch them anymore.
2. Fix test piece on hard and horizontal test board(glass pane,metal plate,plank,plastic plate and so on).Donot let test piece bulge,wrinkle or warping.
3. As the picture show,fix chute and grounder on test plate which has installed test piece flatly.
4. Put the grounder on specified initial position, let it roll down freely along the chute.
5. Measure the length from the place where grounder stop to the end of the chute.
6. Carry on the next initial adhesion testing.
